The Grand Plaza is a landmark office tower in the city center. The core challenge was pouring the core wall and the expansive slab systems within a tight timeline.
Supplied Formwork Systems
TECON supplied the Self-Climbing Formwork (SCF100) for the elevator core walls, along with Alu-Deck slab formwork. This combination allowed safe, crane-independent climbing of the core wall and quick slab pouring cycles.
