TECON has officially commissioned a new automated production line at its Suzhou manufacturing base in Jiangsu Province. The new line, which required an investment of RMB 28 million, increases annual formwork panel production capacity by approximately 40%.
The expanded capacity will enable TECON to reduce lead times on large project orders and increase production of its popular TECON Base-20 and Heto Frame wall formwork systems, which have seen surging global demand over the past two years.
The new line incorporates robotic welding stations, automated shot-blasting, and an integrated powder-coating system, resulting in more consistent product quality and a reduced environmental footprint compared to the previous manual processes.
