Project Scope
The Oakwood Residential project consists of six 12-story residential blocks. The developer requested a lightweight handset formwork system to avoid reliance on cranes.
Solutions
We supplied TECON Plastic Formwork (TP60) for the columns and load-bearing walls, along with heavy-duty adjustable steel props for slab shoring. The lightweight plastic panels (only 12kg/m²) allowed manual handling and fast assembly.
