Our 4-Step QC Process:
- Incoming Material Inspection: Steel chemical composition analysis, thickness tolerance check, and plywood veneer moisture verification.
- In-Process Weld & Dimension Audit: Ultrasonic weld seam checking and 3D coordinate laser measurement for pin hole accuracy.
- Surface Treatment Verification: Coating thickness measurement (micrometers) and salt-spray corrosion resistance testing.
- Full Load Capacity Test: Hydraulic compression and bending tests conducted in our dedicated mechanical testing lab.
QC Team
Our quality control division operates as an independent engineering supervision body. The team applies strict inspection and testing procedures to verify dimensions, weld integrity and field performance before dispatch.
